Harvest Productions leased 18,262 square feet of space at 219 E. 10th Avenue, North Kansas City, Missouri. Whitney Kerr, Jr. of Cushman & Wakefield and Andrew Taylor and Jerry Fogel of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the lease.

ContainerPort Group, Inc. leased 1,900 square feet of space at 2524 Manchester Trafficway, Kansas City, Missouri. Tom Kennedy of Colliers International and Michael Watson and Andrew Taylor of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the lease.

Skilled Healthcare, LLC renewed its lease of 2,587 square feet of space at 10540 Barkley Street, Overland Park, Kansas. Andrew Taylor of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the renewal.
