Oakstar Bancshares, Inc. renewed its lease of 4,431 square feet of space in the Two Emanuel Cleaver Blvd Building located at Two Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd, Kansas City, Missouri.  Ken Schwab of Wilhoit Properties, Inc. and Sharon Gartin and Greg Swetnam of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the renewal.

Pro Medical Distribution, LLC renewed its lease of 4,686 square feet of space at 9243 Cody, Overland Park, Kansas.  Mathew Severns and Pat McGannon of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the renewal.

Women’s Care renewed its lease of 5,247 square feet of space in the Southridge Medical Building located at 12541 Foster, Overland Park, Kansas.  Debbie Schulte of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the renewal.

James C. LeBow, DDS renewed its lease of 1,291 square feet of space in the Plaza Medical Office Building located at 315 Nichols Road, Kansas City, Missouri.  Kathy Lapp of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the renewal.

P&L Development, LLC purchased 72.1 acres of land at 8940 Monticello Road, Lenexa, Kansas.  KW Partners and Wally Rist of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the sale.

AALT, LLC purchased 5,450 square feet of space at 4919 & 4943 Lamar Avenue, Mission, Kansas.  Cassidy Mears of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the sale.

TIB Service Company leased 952 square feet of space in the Massman Construction Building located at 4400 W. 109th Street, Overland Park, Kansas.  Cassidy Mears and Debbie Schulte of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the lease.
