Kessinger Hunter Capital Markets Group Acquires Distribution Facility

Oklahoma City – Despite the pandemic, Kessinger Hunter Capital Markets Group recently acquired a Class A distribution facility for $9 million.

The 145,000 RSF property, conveniently located off I-35 at 11300 N. Partnership Drive, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma is 100 percent leased to three tenants. The diverse tenant mix, comprised of a global information management company, a global logistics solutions provider and a regional wine & spirits wholesaler, is poised to thrive even in an uncertain global economy.

Given the market uncertainty and current social restrictions, flexibility during the transaction was key. Fortunately, Kessinger Hunter was able to move forward with the transaction despite these limitations. Each of the companies occupying the building continues to provide essential services, and Kessinger Hunter has made the ownership transition as seamless as possible.

BOK Financial, a more than $40 billion regional financial services company based in Tulsa, OK, provided financing of $3.5 million for the project. This kind of investment in the Oklahoma City community aligns with BOK Financial’s goal of supporting economic development in the communities it serves. While adapting to current market conditions poses challenges to many businesses, organizations like BOK Financial are showing that investing in the businesses that support our communities has not stopped.
