Precision Automotive Company leased 3,000 square feet of space at 7805 Frontage Road, Overland Park, Kansas.  Michael Watson of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the lease.

Twin City Driver’s Education renewed its lease of 1,196 square feet of space at 9290 Bond, Overland Park, Kansas.  Matthew Severns of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the renewal.

Kansas City Psychiatric and Psychological Services, LLC expanded its lease by 498 square feet of space in the Cliffside Professional Building located at 4731 S. Cochise, Independence, Missouri.  Sharon Gartin of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the expansion.

Park-RN Liberty Investment, LLC purchased 91,912 square feet of land in the North Haven Center, Lot 2 in Liberty, Missouri.  Holly Larrison Mills of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the sale.
