Riden Service Co., Inc. purchased the 9,300 square foot building at 11306 W. 89th Street, Overland Park, Kansas.  Pat Beckner of Beckner & Associates and Matthew Severns of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the sale.

A Perfect 10 or 20, LLC leased 1,410 square feet of space in the Somerset Plaza Shopping Center located at 4507 West 90th Street, Prairie Village, Kansas.  Laura Fornelli of Waterford Property Company and Ted Claney of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the lease.

Q-4 Industries, LLC leased 10,568 square feet of space at 8261 Melrose, Lenexa, Kansas.  Gene Elsas and Andrew Block of Block Real Estate Services and Matthew Severns of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the lease.

Saint Luke’s South Hospital, Inc. renewed its lease of 4,862 square feet of space in the Southridge Medical Building located at 12541 Foster Street, Overland Park, Kansas.  Debbie Schulte of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the renewal.

Foley & Mansfield, PLLP leased 1,716 square feet of space at 8575 W. 110th Street, Building 8, Overland Park, Kansas.  Molly Crawford of Copaken Brooks and Cassidy Mears of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the lease.

Odyssey Healthcare of Kansas City, LLC and Gentiva Health Services, Inc. renewed its lease of 6,164 square feet of space in the Pointe de Bleu Medical Building located at 4911 Arrowhead Drive, Independence, Missouri.  Larry Glaze of JLL and Debbie Schulte and Sher Blandford of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the renewal.

Kansas City Dent, LLC leased 5,212 square feet of space in the Quivira Business Park located at 11617 West 83rd Terrace, Lenexa, Kansas.  Matthew Severns of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the lease.
