Kessinger Hunter & Co. has acquired, renovated and leased the building located at 11203 Lakeview Avenue in Lenexa, Kansas. The 33,000 square foot building formerly known as Tech 8 was completely refurbished with state-of-the-art building systems by Kessinger Hunter Construction to become the new Regional Headquarters, Sales and Training Center for Trane U.S. Inc., a division of Ingersoll Rand. The development was spearheaded by Chuck Hunter and team consisting of Greg Swetnam, Michael Watson and Kevin Curtin.
