Bad Boy Mowers has officially purchased the 318,000 ± square-foot industrial facility located at 850 Drewry Road Drive in Monroeville, Alabama, situated on 28 acres. The acquisition supports Bad Boy Mowers’ ongoing expansion and reinforces its commitment to strengthening operations and distribution capabilities.
Team Jensen — comprised of Dan Jensen, Stewart Jensen, and Kurt Jensen of Kessinger Hunter — represented Bad Boy Mowers in the transaction, alongside Jeremy Milling, SIOR, CCIM of MCR Commercial.
