Joshua Communications leased 952 square feet of space at the Executive West Office Building located at 6700 Squibb Road, Mission, Kansas.  Kevin Tubbesing of Evergreen Real Estate and Cassidy Mears and Debbie Schulte of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the lease.

Subway Real Estate, LLC renewed their lease of 2,500 square feet of space in the Marshall Plaza Shopping Center located at 905 West College, Marshall, Missouri.  Ted Claney of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the renewal.
