Kargo Antique Galleries, Inc. dba Goodden Jewellers leased 2,040 square feet of space in the Grand Boulevard Lofts located at 1006 Grand Boulevard, Kansas City, Missouri.  Ted Claney of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the lease.

Buddy Boyd, LLC leased 1,317 square feet of space at 9290 Bond, Overland Park, Kansas.  Matthew Severns and Joe Heinzler of Kessinger Hunter negotiated the lease.
