ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Tim Sweeten is in charge of Kessinger Hunter & Company, LC’s Construction Department. During his tenure, his department has successfully completed over 3,000 construction projects ranging from the smallest details to 100,000 square foot projects costing over $2,000,000. For the benefit of Kessinger Hunter’s clients, Tim performs all the functions of a general contractor at a reduced cost. Tim has overseen construction of many medical and professional offices, retail spaces, and numerous office/warehouse and industrial facilities.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Tim’s skills and experience cover many years, not just with Kessinger Hunter, who he joined in 1991, but also working in various electrical, mechanical, and HVAC capacities. Tim’s hands-on experience in the field has not only given him insight from the construction side of the spectrum that enables him to handle a variety of scheduling and estimating techniques, it has enabled him to gain the ability to manage the department with an equal balance in construction quality versus long-term value of each property involved.
