ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Tom Ward is an office specialist with Kessinger Hunter & Company, LC, focusing on providing tenant advisory services and corporate services to tenants and users nationally and throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area, including relocation and tenant renewal services.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Kessinger Hunter, Tom was the Operations & Marketing Manager at Avatar Engineering, Inc., where he also served as an Officer before the company’s sale in early 2016. After college, he worked in real estate learning the business prior to taking his role at Avatar. Tom’s management experience at Avatar provided him an understanding of how to navigate c-suite relationships and, in turn, aided in the transition to work with many corporate clients today.
