As Chief Operating Officer at Kessinger Hunter & Co., Ryan leads the firm’s strategic growth initiatives and drives overall profitability. His role encompasses the oversight of all operations, business activities, and new business development, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term strategy and mission. Ryan is deeply committed to making high-impact investment and organizational decisions that position Kessinger Hunter for sustainable success. He also serves as the firm’s primary public-facing representative, cultivating and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, including major clients, government agencies, financial institutions, and community partners.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Kessinger Hunter, Ryan held executive and senior management roles in corporate real estate with organizations such as O’Reilly Auto Parts, Mercy Health, and CommunityAmerica Credit Union. In these positions, he provided strategic leadership and direction across all facets of corporate real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, asset and property management, construction, and development. Ryan has led cross-functional teams and multi-market portfolios, driving initiatives that optimized performance, enhanced operational efficiency, and supported long-term organizational growth. His experience spans retail, office, medical office, hospital and clinic, and industrial flex properties, giving him a broad perspective on aligning real estate strategy with business objectives.
