ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Pat is Managing Broker of Kessinger/Hunter & Company, LC and additionally oversees an industrial department comprised of eight brokers who handle the leasing and sales of over 9,000,000 SF of industrial properties in the Greater Kansas City area. Pat has personally handled the day-to-day leasing and sales of nearly 2,100,000 SF of industrial properties in the metro, including Quivira Business Park, Congleton Industrial Park, Forbes Industrial Park, and Interchange Business Park.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Pat started his career in commercial real estate in 1984, and joined Kessinger/Hunter & Company in 2002 as a part of the company merger with J.P. Fogel & Company. He has received national awards from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) for Largest Dollar Transactions and Highest Number of Transactions.
