ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Matthew focuses on the leasing and sales of warehouse, manufacturing, and flex properties in the Kansas City area. He currently handles the leasing of several projects, totaling over 1,800,000 SF, including Merriam Industrial Park, Quivira Business Park, Lenexa Industrial Park, Lackman Place, and Forbes Industrial Park.

Matthew joined Kessinger/Hunter & Company, LC in 2006. He is actively involved in both Landlord and Tenant/Buyer representation throughout the market.
