Human Resource and Real Estate Specialty
Lori uses her expertise as part of the property management team by coordinating the company’s human resource activities including payroll, payroll tax compliance, company benefit programs, COBRA and HIPPA compliance, and the company’s profit sharing plan.  In addition, Lori assists office and retail real estate portfolios through the preparation of financial packages.

Career History
Lori has been with Kessinger Hunter & Company, L.C. since 1993.  She supports the employees, clients, and managers through human resource activities and the preparation of monthly financial reports.  She uses her knowledge and experience to convey the company’s benefit programs and assists all employees with their individual benefit needs.  Lori is involved in the preparation of monthly financial statements and budgets, as well as submitting quarterly projects (re-forecasts/projections, etc.) and audit requests from the client.

B.S. in Finance, Washburn University
