ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Kristin Hines joined Kessinger Hunter in April of 2024 as a property manager, bringing extensive experience in commercial, retail, and condominium property management. In her role, she oversees key aspects of property operations including tenant relations, budget preparation, financial reporting and management, maintenance supervision, day-to-day operations, contract negotiations, and the recommendation and implementation of capital improvements projects.
Kristin is committed to fostering strong relationships with both ownership and tenants, ensuring efficient property management while maximizing return on investment. Throughout her career, Kristin has demonstrated a strong ability to manage complex property portfolios while maintaining a focus on operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.

WORK EXPERIENCE
With over 20 years of experience in real estate management, Kristin has developed expertise across multiple property types and functions. Before joining Kessinger Hunter, she worked as a lease administrator for Rally House, managing the retail leases of approximately 300 stores across the United States. This provided her with in-depth knowledge of retail lease operations, tenant improvement reimbursements, and tenant account reconciliations. Prior to that, she served as an assistant commercial property manager at Corporate Woods in Overland Park, Kansas.
