Kobi Mashnouk is a retail broker with Kessinger Hunter & Company, LC specializing in investment sales
and acquisitions and landlord and tenant representation of retail properties.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Kobi joined Kessinger Hunter in January 2025 and brings a wealth of experience, passion, and drive to
our retail division. Kobi began his professional career at top firms like American International Group
(AIG), SelectQuote, and IAT Insurance Group. However, his passion for Commercial Real Estate was
ignited at an early age. In 2021, Kobi was asked by his father and grandfather to step into the role of
Vice President of the family business where he fell in love with the commercial real estate industry,
especially the retail sector. It became clear that helping investors, businesses, and communities achieve
their goals and bring their visions to life was his true calling. Kobi’s unmatched work ethic, passion, and
kindness are evident in everything he does.
