ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Jill Jules assists with the day-to-day management of retail and industrial properties, with additional experience in office property operations. Duties include coordinating with vendors for maintenance and service contracts, supporting lease administration, and assisting with invoice coding and financial reporting. She plays a key role in tenant communication, addressing service requests, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing and tracking work orders to ensure timely completion and compliance with vendor service standards, assisting in compiling and reviewing monthly property management reports, conducting property inspections, and supporting the Property Manager in all aspects of property performance and operations.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Jill joined Kessinger Hunter on May 22, 2024, bringing with her a background as a Learning and Development Manager. In that role, she developed strong skills in communication, training, and process improvement, which she has successfully applied to her position as an Assistant Property Manager. Jill uses these skills to support team members, streamline operations, and enhance tenant relations. Her focus on continuous improvement and organization helps optimize property management processes and contributes to the overall success of the properties she manages. In May of 2025, Jill was awarded an IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) scholarship, which she will be using to pursue her ACoM (Accredited Commercial Manager) certification to further strengthen her expertise in commercial property management.
