ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Jennifer Penglis joined Kessinger Hunter & Company, LC’s Property Management Department in March of 2021. Jennifer brings years of hospitality and property management along with organization, budgeting, and time management skills. As a part of the Property Management group, she has responsibilities including tenant relations, budget preparation, monthly financial reporting, maintenance supervision, contract negotiations, and the daily operations related to 1.5 million square feet of industrial property. She focuses on maximizing ownership return through proactive expense management and continuously works to improve overall tenant satisfaction.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Before joining Kessinger Hunter, Jennifer was a commercial property manager at NAI Heartland where she managed a portfolio comprised of office, medical, and industrial properties. Prior to her commercial career, Jennifer was the residential property manager at Plaza Apartment Center on the Country Club Plaza. In that role, she managed all aspects of the property including leasing, maintenance, construction, inspections, renovations, and employee supervision.
