ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Doug McInteer joined Kessinger Hunter & Company in July 2023 as a Property Manager. He Manages a mix of Office, Retail, and Industrial properties.
Primary responsibilities include property inspections, maintenance, budgeting, financial reporting, receivables collection, lease administration and compliance to maximize property value and ensure efficient management.
Other responsibilities include facilitation of Tenant move-ins and move-outs, Tenant Improvement Project supervision, Tenant relations, working with vendors, and maintaining contracts.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Kessinger Hunter, Doug managed over 2 million square feet of Office, Retail, and Industrial space for Block Real Estate Services for more than 10 years as a Property Manager.
Assignments included warehouses at Lenexa Logistics Centre, Light Industrial at Pine Ridge and Pine Ridge West Business Parks, Retail Shopping Centers and Office buildings throughout the Kansas City metro area and beyond.
Prior to Block Real Estate Services, he spent 10 years as a Tenant and Owner of Signs Now in Lenexa. Having spent time as both a Tenant and Property Manager, Doug brings added knowledge and unique insights to the position.
Doug began his career in the commercial real estate industry in 2003.
