ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Debbie Jarrett is responsible for the hiring and supervising of the Administrative Department, Kessinger Hunter & Company, LC policies and procedures, personnel issues, lease administration for a client who has 45 offices across the country, lease analysis, plays an integral role in the decision-making of our information technology and website, real estate licensing for over 50 salespeople, lease and sale transactions, and equipment contracts, as well as working day-to-day with the principals of the firm.
Debbie joined Kessinger Hunter in 1993 as Office Manager after working with CB Commercial Real Estate from 1978 to 1993 in a similar role. Her responsibilities at CB included supervising of the administrative personnel, completing budgets, communicating with the corporate office, training throughout the Midwest region of Administrative Managers, as well as the day-to-day operations of the Kansas City office.
