ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Christy Brotzman joined Kessinger Hunter & Company in 2022 and serves as a Property Manager. She has a strong background in medical office management, along with construction, project supervision, and budgeting. Christy has a mix of Industrial, Office, GSA leased facilities, and Retail properties. She focuses on maximizing ownership return on investment through proactive expense management and works to improve overall tenant satisfaction with prompt responses to address any concerns.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Kessinger Hunter, Christy managed 15 medical office buildings for a local hospital which included all aspects of tenant improvement construction projects, coordinating with architects, tenants, and contractors, and managing TI budgets and tight timelines. She also managed monthly budgets for all properties and worked closely with building engineers to maintain all properties with utmost pride.
