ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Cassidy specializes in representing office owners and users in their real estate requirements including underwriting, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, site selection, financial & market analysis, relocations and lease renewal services. He has experience in representing local and corporate firms on their relocation or lease renewal requirements, as well as representing local and national owners with office portfolio requirements.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Cassidy has been involved with the management, leasing, and sales of office buildings since 2014. Prior to joining Kessinger Hunter & Company, LC as a Principal in 2023, Cassidy spent the previous six years of his career as a Vice President for Kansas City based Block Real Estate Services, LLC.
KEY ASSIGNMENTS
- Managed and oversaw day-to-day operations of the former TWA HQ (500,000 SF) prior to transitioning to office leasing and brokerage assignments
- Served as a Landlord Representative for the GRMC office portfolio, including Corporate Woods which consists of 22 office buildings (2.2 million SF)
- Served as Tenant Representative for Datamatics (35,000 SF), Propio (26,000 SF), Heart of America Eye Care (9,000 SF), and Actuarial Resources (8,000 SF)
