ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Brian Herschberger is a Senior Property Manager and works with other staff members to provide the best support for our clients. His duties include managing several portfolios of commercial real estate which include GSA leased facilities such as NOAA in Grandview, MO, FEMA in South Kansas City, and NARA in Fort Worth, TX. He has GSA Clearance and is responsible for vendors’ security clearance. He has a strong background in construction, project supervision, and budgeting. He focuses on proactive expense management and works to improve overall tenant satisfaction with prompt responses to their concerns.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Kessinger Hunter, Brian was Senior Property Manager for SCG Commercial Real Estate in Stamford, CT. In addition to overseeing a variety of assets in Connecticut, he also managed Florida investments with the local site manager. Brian has managed a portfolio of commercial real estate including warehouse, industrial, office, medical, retail, theatre, and residential. He has over 13 years of experience in real estate management and an additional 20 years of construction/engineering.
