WORK EXPERIENCE
Andrew Swetnam joined Kessinger Hunter in May 2024. Before that, he worked at CBRE in Denver, Colorado, where he specialized in tenant representation for transactions on local, national, and international levels, catering to a diverse range of real estate needs. Prior to CBRE, Andrew refined his expertise in asset management as a Senior Analyst at Transwestern Investment Group in Dallas, Texas. In this role, he managed 12.1 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial space, along with 756 multifamily units valued at $2.8 billion. He played a crucial role in over 60 new and renewal leases covering more than 715,000 square feet.
Andrew’s responsibilities in both roles included facilitating new leases, renewals, and subleases, generating business models and analyses, and executing dispositions and refinances. This comprehensive experience provides Andrew with a deep understanding of ownership and tenant perspectives, offering a strategic advantage to his clients at Kessinger Hunter.
Andrew graduated from the Cox Business School at Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2016.
