ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Matthew leads the Industrial Department at Kessinger Hunter & Company, LC and focuses on leasing and sales of warehouse, manufacturing, and flex properties in the Kansas City area. He currently conducts the leasing of several projects, totaling over 1,800,000 SF, including Merriam Industrial Park, Quivira Business Park, Lenexa Industrial Park, Lackman Place, and Forbes Industrial Park.

Matthew joined Kessinger Hunter in 2006. He is actively involved in both Landlord and Tenant/Buyer representation throughout the market.
