    • Handled a 340-acre land assemblage and master planned the 4.7 million SF I-35 Logistics Park in Olathe, Kansas. Developed and leased: Building B – 821,669 SF, Building C – 567,115 SF, and Building D – 600,000 SF Entitlement. The asset has been sold.
    • Site selection, development services, and leasing for what was at the time the largest speculative warehouse ever built in Kansas City (600,000+ SF) 2007
    • 2018 teamed with HFF for disposition | 167th & Lone Elm (600,000 SF) bulk distribution center
    • KGP Logistics represented in leasing (251,000 SF) | I-35 Logistics Building C
    • Represented Sun Life in (315,000 SF) lease with ITRenew | I-35 Logistics Building C
    • Represented Sun Life in (347,689 SF) lease with 1A Auto | I-35 Logistics Building B
    • S&S Activewear represented in leasing (474,000 SF) | I-35 Logistics Building B
  • Husqvarna represented in leasing (153,000 SF) warehouse and a (40,000 SF) service center
