ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Kevin heads our Investment Department and is responsible for development, asset management and investment sales for income-producing office, industrial and retail properties. His skills include cradle-to-grave representation, project management, financial analysis, asset valuation, marketing and sales of commercial properties. Kevin serves as a landlord and agent with knowledge of capital markets, financings, vendor engagement and business operations.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Kevin brings professional experience in three distinct industries. As an officer in the U.S. Air Force, he served as a systems engineer and program manager for avionics and satellite programs for the Department of Defense. After leaving the Air Force, Kevin started his real estate career entitling land and managing residential projects in Southern California for two national public homebuilders. Kevin joined Kessinger/Hunter in March of 2007, performing development work for commercial and Federal build-to-suit projects, asset management and investment sales.

KEY ASSIGNMENTS
Co-Developed and sold the 222,500 square feet (sf) NOAA National Logistics Support and Reconditioning Center in Grandview, Missouri. Currently developing the 70,000 sf FEMA Region VII Headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri and a150,000 sf data center in Manassas, Virginia.
Leads the Kessinger/Hunter Investment Sales Group which has sold office buildings, portfolios, shopping centers, manufacturing facilities, and warehouses comprising 4,555,000 SF, with an aggregate value of $293 million.
Performs asset management and ownership representation for the KH Iron Mountain Portfolio comprised of 18 buildings and 2,656,000 SF in 11 U.S. States and Europe as well asset management and property management for 3rd-party clients.
