on industrial brokerage.

Jerry has over 50 years of experience in the industrial real estate field as both a broker and a
developer. After running his own company, J.P. Fogel & Company, for over 20 years, he joined
Kessinger/Hunter in 2002 as a principal and industrial broker.

 Assembled two city blocks for the Kansas City Star and Knight-Ridder Company (2002)
 Brokered 120,000 SF lease with Northrop Grumman (2007)
