National Archives and Records Administration
Kessinger/Hunter & Company, sold the Federal Records Center at 1400 John Burgess Drive in Fort Worth, TX, to Gladstone Commercial Corp. for $20 million, or about $96 per square foot. 

The 208,234 square foot industrial building was built in 2007 and is part of the Carter Industrial Park.  The warehouse is occupied by the National Archives and Records Administration on a 20-year lease expiring in 2026. 

Kurt Schoeb and Kevin Curtin of Kessinger/Hunter & Co.'s Investment Sales Group represented the seller internally.  The buyer was self-represented.$20-Million/143522

Commercial Distribution Center
Kessinger/Hunter & Company, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Firm, recently sold Commercial Distribution Center (CDC) in Independence, Missouri.  Built in 1974, CDC consists of an expansive underground warehouse, public warehousing operation and surface acreage directly off Highway 291 in Independence, Missouri.
