Insurance Regulation Agency Moving to CBD Office Tower in 2012

The National Association of Insurance Commissioners leased 131,576 square feet at Town Pavilion at 1100 Walnut in Kansas City, MO. The group’s move in is scheduled for February 2012.

NAIC’s central office is currently at 2301 McGee St., an eight-story, 159,000-square-foot office property in the Crown Center submarket of Kansas City.

Town Pavilion is a 34-story, 833,426-square-foot office building in the central business district. It was constructed in 1986 and renovated in 2001.
