Chrysler Road Holding, LLC purchased the 25,550 square foot building located at 2955 North Chrysler, Kansas City, Kansas.  Matthew Severns, Andrew Taylor, and Jerry Fogel negotiated the sale.

Gear Brokers leased 18,101 square feet of space in the Brookpark Warehouse located at 2021 East 18 th Street, Kansas City, Missouri.  Michael Watson and Kurt Jensen of Kessinger/Hunter negotiated the lease.

Altec Industries, Inc. renewed its lease of 126,880 square feet of space at 5703 Mitchell Avenue, St. Joseph, Missouri.  Dan Jensen and Michael Watson of Kessinger/Hunter negotiated the renewal.

PACCAR, Inc. renewed its lease of 8,486 square feet of space in the Two Pershing Building located at 2300 Main, Kansas City, Missouri.  Larry Glaze of JLL and Greg Swetnam and Sharon Gartin of Kessinger/Hunter negotiated the renewal.

The Master’s Craft Corporation renewed its lease of 28,642 square feet of space at 9108 Bond, Overland Park, Kansas.  Matthew Severns and Pat McGannon of Kessinger/Hunter negotiated the renewal.
