Santa Fe Shops, LC purchased a 50,614 square foot office/warehouse building at 9650 Dice Lane, Lenexa, Kansas.  Patrick J. McGannon, SIOR of Kessinger/Hunter represented the buyer and Shawn Hartley of Mather Real Estate represented the seller.

Hibbett Sporting Goods, Inc. leased 4,850 square feet of space at Landmark Plaza, 2061 N. Commercial, Harrisonville, Missouri.  Audrey Navarro and Sher Blandford of Kessinger/Hunter and Scott Bitney of L3 Corporation negotiated the lease.

MSN & Associates, LLC purchased a 4,000 square foot building located at 2018 E. Prairie Circle, Olathe, Kansas.  Michael Watson of Kessinger/Hunter and Kevin Combs of Insight Commercial Realty negotiated the sale.

Ecco Select Corporation leased 4,319 square feet of space at 10 Main Center, 920 Main Street, Kansas City, Missouri.  Miles McCune and Sharon Gartin of Kessinger/Hunter and Charles Cuda of KW Commercial negotiated the lease.
